Mercedes Landázuri is the girl from Ipanema, minus the tall, tan & young. She is, however, lovely. She is a veteran of several Chicago area bands, including Chicago Samba, Rio Bamba, Bossa Saravah, Roommate and GIRLBAND. She is a mother of two and in her spare time she enjoys wearing mom jeans.
